Where the margin really sits

Counter space is finite. Three well-chosen SKUs outsell nine crowded ones, and the empty space signals a curated range rather than a clearance table.
Shelf position decides velocity as much as price. Keep THC vape products at eye level, one facing per SKU, and rotate the trial line every quarter so the display keeps earning attention.
Building an assortment that actually turns
Most vape shop owners arrive with a spreadsheet and leave with too many SKUs. The fix is not a bigger catalogue, it is a narrower core. Around 25 working days after artwork approval for stock configurations, plus transit. Custom runs add roughly a week for tooling and a physical dummy. We confirm the date in writing on the order acknowledgement.
How do you handle repeat orders?
The specification is held on file against your account, so a reorder is a reference rather than a new brief. We recommend a standing schedule with a fixed weekly cut-off so stock lands before the shelf empties.
Can we order samples before committing?
Yes. Sample orders are shipped by air express and the cost is credited against your first production order above 500 units. We would rather you handle the sample than approve a specification from a photograph.
