Getting the carton there intact

What we test before a carton is sealed
9 separate checks run before a carton is sealed: electrical, mechanical, leak, finish and packaging. Anything outside tolerance is quarantined the same day and reported to you, rather than shipped with a hope and a discount.
Cosmetic grading is written down, not argued about. Minor scuffs inside the tolerance band are accepted; anything that would make a customer put the unit back on the shelf is rejected. Your staff should never have to explain a finish defect to a paying customer.

Reading a quotation properly
We publish a realistic band of 3.30 to 9.75 per unit for standard configurations at 60 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.
Custom printing raises the unit price and lowers the marketing cost. For vape shop owners the break-even is usually reached on the second or third repeat order, not the first, so we quote both branded and neutral options.
