How the price is actually built
We publish a realistic band of 3.14 to 9.43 per unit for standard configurations at 60 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.
Unit price breaks usually land at 60, 240 and 480 pieces. Between those steps the cost curve flattens, which is why pushing a 200 unit order to 500 often costs less per unit than buyers expect.

The checks behind every shipment
Every batch is pulled from running production, not from a display shelf. We check draw resistance, airflow balance, charge behaviour, leak performance after a temperature shift, finish quality and carton integrity, and we keep the pull records against the order number.
Leak complaints almost always trace back to one of three things: an over-torqued centre post, a seal that sat in a hot container, or a fill volume pushed past the design limit. We cap fill volume slightly below maximum for exactly that reason.
