We publish a realistic band of 3.18 to 10.20 per unit for standard configurations at 50 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.

Returns are handled as data, not as complaints. Every reported failure is logged by mode and by batch, and the pattern is reviewed monthly with the factory.

Age verification is not only a website problem. Retail packaging, shelf placement and staff scripting all carry compliance weight, and auditors increasingly ask for evidence of all three.
Labels are where good orders go wrong. Nicotine warnings, child-resistant closures, batch coding and market-specific text all have to be correct before the pallet leaves. Transit times move with the season. Book space early for Q4 and around Chinese New Year, when factory output pauses for two to three weeks and freight rates tighten at the same time.

Report within seven days with photos and the batch code. Confirmed defects are replaced or credited on the next shipment. The failure is logged by mode and batch, and reviewed monthly with the factory.
Can we order samples before committing?
Yes. Sample orders are shipped by air express and the cost is credited against your first production order above 50 units. We would rather you handle the sample than approve a specification from a photograph.
How do you handle repeat orders?
